“Hands Up!” the newest track from Russian electronic dance musician Oiki, is a catchy and slick tune that is a great introduction to EDM’s newest artist. Originally from Moscow, Russia, Oiki has had two massive hits in the United States, including “Are You Scared” and “Ratchet” which went to spots #3 and #7 on the Beatport Dubstep Top 10 for one month, while his song “Groove” landed in the Top 50 of the iTunes Electronic Singles chart in 2013. He released his debut EP Get It Now last year.
