The Red Hot Chili Peppers have announced that they are working on a new album, the followup to 2011’s I’m With You. In a now deleted tweet, bassist Flea had confirmed that the band are working with producer Danger Mouse. The new record will arrive sometime this year and it will be the first time since 1989 that the band has not worked with producer Rick Rubin.
