It looks like global album release day will start on Friday, July 10th. For those who aren’t in the know, the music industry has decided on a global release day so that every country can receive records on the same day, with 45 countries signing up. These countries include the US, UK, France, Germany, and Australia, and will all get records on Friday’s. Countries such as Japan will not be participating and will still release albums on Wednesday.
