Swiss pop band Cold Reading has released their new single “Books & Comfort” off their upcoming EP Sojourner. With influences from Brand New, Thrice, and From Indian Lakes, Cold Reading has written a track with driving drums, melodic guitar riffs, and vocals that scream with passion. Certain to be a hit for the band, there isn’t much not to like about Cold Reading’s latest single. Though while it does give off hints of sounding a bit generic, the energy behind the track is infectious as it tries to erase any hints of being a copycat tune.
