Aloe Blacc, one of the songwriters behind the hit song “Wake Me Up” by Avicii has written a piece for Wired about how streaming services should be paying artists fairly. He also details how many spins it takes for a musician to earn $90 on Pandora, as well as how much he earned after “Wake Me Up” got 168 million plays on Pandora.
