New details have emerged about the charges against ACDC drummer Phil Rudd. It has been reported that Rudd threatened to kill a man and his 10 year old daughter recently, when he was charged with attempting to procure a murder. Calling the man on the phone on September 26th, Rudd made the threats, and then contacted a business associate to discuss what he wanted to do to them, though the charges have already been dropped.
