“This song is about that buzzing feeling when the grind pauses and you don’t know where you’re going, but you’re not going home. I directed the music video to give a glimpse of my first love, New York nightlife, with two characters living out the fantasy that sparked the song – meeting someone while leaving work and spending the weekend with them. “
